Webb Law Group, APC: Review
The Webb Law Group is a civil law firm with fully-staffed offices in both Fresno and San Diego, California. Founded in 2008, the firm has a mission to provide dedicated, honest client service to individuals and businesses in need of legal support. The firm's founder, Lenden F. Webb, is an experienced trial attorney with over 84 jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations in 14 California counties. The firm's focus has earned it a reputation as one of the top law firms in the region.
The Webb Law Group has a rich history that dates back to 1845 when William Bakewell became the first attorney to practice patent law west of the Allegheny Mountains. The firm has since expanded its areas of practice and services offered to include business litigation, personal injury, and real estate.
They offer a variety of legal services to individuals and businesses. Whether it's negotiating a business contract or representing a client in a personal injury case, the Webb Law Group believes they have the experience and knowledge to provide exceptional legal representation. They do this through a client-centered approach, providing personalized attention to each client's unique needs and circumstances. The firm's open-door policy was created to allow clients to communicate with their attorneys and receive updates on their case as needed.
There is also a large database of help articles on their site across a range of topics with titles such as Understanding Fiduciary Duty, Handling Partnership Disputes, and Lack of Capacity – What Does it Mean? We think it shows a dedication to their chosen areas of law and a firm that offers free legal information before you've even contacted them must have expertise they are desperate to share one way or another?
Of course the first place people normally turn when they want to research a potential attorney for their case is prior client reviews.
"I am satisfied with the work they did"
"I ended up getting over $30,000 because of Lenden Webb"
Those are snippets from the firm's own site in the testimonials section. The problem with company provided testimonials is that you typically only get the amazing comments and even then the really over the top ones get promoted up front. Despite this, it's typically the potential negatives people want to know. That might have something to do with why only 9% of people voted in our poll last year that they trusted company provided testimonials. Seeing postive and negative comments from past clients alongside each other can provide a much more rounded impression. So what are the public boards saying?
"communicated with me and kept me in the loop"
"whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly"
Those are snippets from the independent review forums such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc. They are all very positive too, but provide a bit more detail about the type of case and their interactions.
A quick note on navigation. The firm's branding is Webb Law Group, APC and the web address is www.webblawgroup.com so that shouldn't cause any confusion. Something that's quite rare for US attorney branding. These days you may have to enter the full firm name AND location if you want to research information such as finding reviews on Google - e.g. 'webb law group san diego'. The website is HTTPS secure for submitting your personal details via their online enquiry form. They also state 'free consultations' in several places so could we worth an initial chat at the very least.
General Notes: We don't look into any firm's recruitment program so can't comment on job vacancies or about working there. Changes may have occured since this article was written so please visit the firm's www.webblawgroup.com website for the most up to date opening hours, office address, phone number, email address, and other information.
