General Notes on Finding a Firm:
If you require the services of an out of state firm there are several things to consider and plenty of 'top 10 tips' articles around. However, legal matters across different states are often much more complicated than can be summed up in such a list. Today, in the words of Stanford law professor Lawrence Friedman: "American cases rarely cite foreign materials. Pursuant to certain statutes, state agencies have promulgated bodies of regulations (sometimes called administrative law). Fungible things do not have to be money, though. Before that, each county was represented by one state senator, leading to under-representation in the state senate for more urbanized, populous counties. S. Burnside had former-Congressman Clement Vallandigham arrested in May 1863 for continuing to express sympathy for the Confederate cause after having been warned to cease doing so. S.
